Job Profile (Executive – GDS Cadre)
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Achieving monthly revenue and sales targets for IPPB products.
- Assisting in organizing customer acquisition events and financial literacy drives.
- Supporting IPPB officers in operations and business coordination.
- Managing customer relationships and generating leads through direct sales.
- Collaborating with DoP Inspectors and Postmasters to promote IPPB services.
Salary and Benefits
- Pay: ₹30,000/- per month (inclusive of statutory deductions).
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives and annual increment as per IPPB policy.
- Tenure: One year, extendable up to two additional years based on performance.
- Other Benefits: Leave as per GDS Conduct & Engagement Rules, 2020.

- Selection will be based on Merit, determined by the candidate’s graduation marks.
- In case of tie:
- Seniority in Department of Posts service will be considered.
- If still tied, date of birth will determine preference.
